LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Creative Brand Works, Inc. ("CBW"), the developer of the Hoody® Product, provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty for each Hoody® product that it sells. If the buyer of a Hoody® product finds that the Hoody contains defects in materials or workmanship at any time, CBW will replace that Hoody® free of charge. To have your Lifetime Warranty honored you must register your Hoody® by completing the registration form provided at the Hoody® Web site and supplying the serial number of your Hoody®, which is printed on the Hoody® Poly bag. The buyer may submit a Warranty Claim to CBW through the Hoody® web site: (www.flighthoody.com) and by returning the defective Hoody® to the corporate offices of CBW or the claim may be submitted by mailing a written notice of claim along with the defective Hoody® to, CBW, 2551 Scio Rd. Dexter, MI 48130. CBW will honor no more than one warranty claim per Hoody® product sold to each buyer.

This Limited Warranty is the only Warranty that applies to the Hoody® product. CBW disclaims all other warranties, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This Limited Warranty provides the only remedy to the buyer or the user of a Hoody® product for any defects in material or workmanship in the Hoody® product.
